User Management consists of a list of User List and Delete User
It is possible to check the user’s information and manage permissions for each user, and it is possible to approve accounts and change settings.
In the Users list, you can search for the users you want, or view and change user information.
User Search : You can search by username or email address.
Username : Username joined to Yennefer
User Email : User email who subscribed to Yennefer
Date and Time of Subscription : date and time that the user joined Yenenfer
Approval Date : The date and time that the administrator approved the account of the newly subscribed user.
Resource Group : Resource group to which the user belongs.
Studio Privileges : A user-assigned Studio group that provides access to Studio projects and data sets in the Data Catalogs.(Please refer to the authority based on user level)
Account Activation : The Account Activation feature allows administrators to allow or block users from logging in. When you sign up for a new subscription, your account is set to “Inactive” by default, and you must set up a resource group before processing it for activation.
Management : You can leave the user’s account to perform password initialization. If you click “Withdraw” here, your account will be temporarily deleted, not completely deleted, and you can check your account status by entering the Delete User Page.
In the User Management > Users List, click the “Create User Account” button in the upper right corner.
Enter your username, and user email, and set Studio permissions. (*User names can be up to 15 characters, including spaces.)
Click the “Create User Account” button to complete the user account creation.
At this time, when the completion modal pops up, an automatic password is given. If the modal window is turned off, it cannot be confirmed, so be sure to copy and deliver it to the relevant user.
If you request password reset later, you can change your password in the user list page management.
Set up a resource group for a user account first to approve the user’s account.
When you click the Activate Your Account button after setting it up, it enters the activation state and the subscription is approved.
The user can then sign in with that account.
The following features are allowed by user authority.
For Viewer, you can only view Studio and Data Catalog.
Click “Delete User” in the user management menu on the right to switch to the corresponding page. In "Delete User", you can check the list of users who have been withdrawn.
User search : You can search by user name or email address.
Request type : Refers to the type of request for user withdrawal processing and consists of all, forced withdrawal, and user request.
Username : Usernames that are waiting to be deleted
User Email : User email addresses that are waiting to be deleted
Request Date : Date of withdrawal application
Authority : Permissions for accounts awaiting withdrawal
You can view deleted accounts on the User Management - Delete User tab.
In the Delete Users list, click the “Restore” button on the Manage accounts tab that you want to restore.
Restored accounts can be found in the User Management - User List.
In the Delete Users list, click the “Delete” button on the Manage accounts tab for the desired user.
When the Delete window appears, click the “Delete” button to permanently delete the user account.
This deleted user account cannot be restored, and the projects owned by that user are also deleted.
If you click this button, the applied filter contents will be initialized.
