## New Subscription

* Click the “Join Members” button in the lower left corner.
* Enter your user name, email address, and password in the membership window.
* Press the **"Sign up"** button.

* After going through all of the steps, it will switch to the membership completion window as above.

  (At this time, the account is waiting for approval, and you can log in once the administrator completes and accepts the approval.)
