Detailed Features

These features are provided by Remote.

Default Screen

  • User information : A crown is displayed next to the name of the person who opened the video conference, and that person becomes the moderator (moderator).

  • Meeting information : The meeting name and meeting time are displayed at the top of the screen.

  • Performance setting : If you click the clock icon next to the meeting time, Performance settings are available, Best performance is only for audio, and Highest quality means the quality grade of the screen.

  • Hide screen : Click the arrow to hide self view.

1. Mic Settings

  • You can set the microphone on/off by clicking the microphone shape displayed at the bottom. If you click the ^ button, you can set the microphone and speaker input devices.

2. Camera Settings

  • If you click the camera shape displayed at the bottom, you can set the camera on/off. ^ Click the button to check the camera device.

3. Screen Share

  • If you click the monitor shape displayed at the bottom, a pop-up window for selecting information to share will appear.

  • You can share the screen by dividing it into the currently displayed full screen, the window you are working on, and the cropped tab. (※ Opening the video conference window itself after sharing the screen may cause web-based errors, so please share the PPT or web browser you want to share, not the video conference screen, after sharing the screen.)

  • To stop sharing your screen, click Stop Sharing at the top.

4. Live Chat

  • If you click the speech bubble icon at the bottom, a chat window will appear on the left.

  • Enter what you want to say in the message input box at the bottom and proceed with the chat.

  • Click on the smiley to the left of entering a message to use a simple emoticon.

5. Create a Poll

  • Additionally, you can create questionnaires in the chat window. After clicking on Polls, click Create a poll at the bottom.

  • Enter the content of the question in Poll Question and the contents of the choice in Poll option.

  • You can add options by clicking Add option.

  • You can edit the priority by clicking the three-level menu icon displayed to the right of the Poll option, and you can also remove options by clicking the Remote option.

  • Click Send to create a questionnaire.

  • You can select multiple options to answer the questionnaire, and click Submit after selecting the options to complete the submission.

  • You can create multiple questionnaires by clicking Create a poll.

  • After submitting the questionnaire, you can change the option you selected by clicking Change vote.

  • Also, you can click Show details to know the information of the respondent who answered the questionnaire, and click Hide details to hide the respondent's information.

6. Raise your hand

  • When you click the hand icon at the bottom, a hand gesture appears on that user's screen, and clicking the hand again removes the hand gesture. You can use the emoji by clicking ^, and the sound effect will appear as well as the rising and disappearing animation.

7. Invite Participants

There are three ways to invite participants to a video conference.

  • The first is to invite before entering the flashback meeting. (Refer to Connect)

  • Second, click the person icon at the bottom and click Invite Someone to share the meeting link, share the meeting invitation directly via email, or embed the meeting.

  • Third, you can invite them by clicking the 3-dot icon at the bottom and clicking the Invite button.

8. Cntrol Function (Mute All / Disable All Cameras)

  • Click Mute all at the bottom right to mute all.

  • However, if Allow attendants to unable themselves is not set, muting will be released only when participants request to unmute the moderator (host).

  • You can disable all cameras by clicking the 3 dots at the bottom right and then clicking Stop everyone's video.

  • If Allow attendants to unable start their video is not set, the camera will not be activated until participants request to unmute the moderator.

  • Click More moderation controls to set other settings.

9.Tile View

  • This is a function that allows you to view the screens of video conference participants collectively by switching to tile view.
