Dashboard

This is Yennefer Admin's Dashboard screen.

You can view the status of users, projects, and resources in the dashboard. You can monitor the health and resource utilization of each installed server.

Overview

1. User and Project Status

The user and project status lets you see how many users and projects have been created.

  • If you click Total Users / Account disabled Users, you can go to the “User List” page for more information.

  • Click Total Projects / Active Projects to go to the “Project List” page for more information.

2. Server and Resource Status

The server and resource status allows you to monitor the status of each installed server and the resources being utilized

  • Server Status : Status of the installed server (Normal/Abnormal)

  • Resource Status : Amount of resources in use compared to the total amount of resources (CPU/Memory/Storage/GPU)

  • Resource Utilization Graph : Viewable up to 1 week and can also be viewed for as long as you want by dragging the mouse.

  • Download the CSV File : If you need to collect the desired resource usage, you can download it through the Inspect-Data button.

3. Active Project List TOP 10

Among the projects in the active state, you can check the projects in the TOP 10 in order of old activation time.

  • Status : Status of the project (activation)

  • Project Name : Click to go to the appropriate project information page

  • Owner : The user who created the project

  • Resource Group : Resource group to which the owner belongs

  • Last Activation Date : Date and time the project entered the active state

  • Active Time : Time spent in active state

  • Resource Information : Resource information applied to the project (CPU/Memory/GPU type & count)

  • Actions : Click on the "Go to project" button. Navigate to the Studio details page for that project.
