## 1. 이메일 인증이 있는 경우

### 신규 가입

* 신규 가입자인 경우, 아래 **"계정 만들기"** 버튼 클릭하고 사용자명, 이메일, 비밀번호를 입력합니다.  
*  **"회원 가입"** 버튼을 클릭하면 기입한 메일 주소로 인증 메일이 발송됩니다.

* 사용자가 기입한 이메일 주소의 메일함으로 접속 후, "**메일 인증" 링크** 클릭하면 인증이 완료됩니다. \
  (<mark style="color:blue;">이 때, 해당 계정은</mark> <mark style="color:blue;"></mark><mark style="color:blue;">**승인 대기 상태로**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;"></mark><mark style="color:blue;">관리자가 승인을 완료하면 로그인 가능합니다.)</mark>

## 2.이메일 인증이 없는 경우
